Account and registration
To register on aila, you provide your email address, create a password, and confirm your date of birth. After that, you upload an identity document (passport or national ID card) and proof of residence (recent utility bill or bank statement). Log into your aila account and go to Settings > Account Preferences. Here you can change your email, update your password, or adjust notification settings (e.g., turn off email notifications for match updates). To temporarily restrict access to your account, use the pause feature: go to Account Management > Pause Account and select a duration (7 days, 30 days, or custom). During a pause, you cannot log in, place entries, or claim bonuses. Your balance remains frozen. To resume your account, contact our support team and confirm your request. Pause is not the same as closing your account permanently—to close an account, contact support directly.
No. Each person may hold only one aila account. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same email, name, identity document, payment method, or device, we close all duplicate accounts and forfeit their balances. This rule protects against fraud and bonus abuse. If you have lost access to your original account and need to create a new one, contact our support team first—they may recover your old account or help you transfer funds. Never create a second account without permission; doing so violates our terms.
Payments and transactions
Log into aila and go to Cashier > Deposit. Select your payment method (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking). Enter the deposit amount and confirm. You will be redirected to the payment app or a payment gateway. Complete authentication (PIN, biometric, or OTP) in your local payment, online payment, or e-wallet app. The payment is processed instantly, and your aila balance updates within seconds. If the payment fails, you see an error message and can retry. Deposits are not subject to withdrawal minimums—your balance is spendable immediately. Bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may take longer; you will receive a unique bank account number to transfer to, and your balance updates once the bank confirms the incoming transfer.
If a deposit fails (your payment provider declines it, or the connection drops), you see a failure message and your aila account is not charged. Check your payment app to confirm the money was not deducted. Retry the deposit, or try a different payment method. If you see conflicting messages (aila says failed, but your payment app says successful), contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number. We investigate and reconcile the issue. For withdrawals, if your bank rejects the transfer (wrong account, closed account, etc.), the funds return to your aila balance within three to five business days, and you can try withdrawing to a different account.
