aila Jurisdiction Notice
We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering, gaming, or entertainment betting is prohibited by law. Our aila platform is available only in territories where local regulations explicitly permit such activities. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of aila comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction before creating an account or placing any entries.
This notice explains how aila operates under jurisdiction-restricted access, what this means for your account eligibility, and your obligation to confirm legal compliance. We do not claim licenses or regulatory approvals in any specific country. Instead, we operate conditionally in regions where applicable law permits, and we suspend or deny access in territories where such services are prohibited.
If you are unsure whether aila is available in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for checking local law before accessing our platform. Our support team cannot advise on the legality of your access; this determination is yours alone and depends on your location and local regulations.
Service Availability and Jurisdiction Restrictions
Our aila platform operates conditionally based on your country of residence and the laws applicable there. We do not advertise our service as available in any specific jurisdiction. Instead, we frame access as: our services are available only where local law permits.
We serve users primarily in Indonesia and certain other supported regions. Even within Indonesia, we do not operate uniformly—some local ordinances may restrict online gaming. We recommend you verify the legal status of online entertainment platforms in your specific city or province (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or elsewhere) before opening an account on aila.
If you access aila from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk. We reserve the right to deny or suspend access based on geolocation data, IP address, or other signals. We are not responsible for any legal consequences you face if you access aila in breach of your local law.
Account Eligibility and Age Requirements
To open an account on aila, you must meet the minimum age requirement under your local law. In most jurisdictions, this is 18 years or the age of majority in your territory, whichever is higher. By creating an aila account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by law from using online gaming platforms.
We do not conduct age verification at account opening. However, we retain the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot provide evidence that you meet the minimum age, or if we have reason to believe your account is underage, we close it immediately and forfeit any balance held.
You are solely responsible for confirming that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction before joining aila. We assume no liability if an underage person accesses our platform without your knowledge.
No License or Regulatory Claim
We at aila do not hold or claim any gaming license, gambling permit, or regulatory approval from any government or gaming authority. We do not operate under a "Curaçao License", "Malta Gaming Authority approval", or any other regulatory framework. We do not make any representation that aila is licensed, regulated, or approved by any jurisdiction.
We operate on the conditional basis that our service is available where applicable law permits. If your local law requires gaming operators to hold a specific license, aila may not be available to you. It is your responsibility to confirm whether aila operates legally in your jurisdiction.
Any marketing material, email, or communication that claims aila holds a license or regulatory approval is false and not authorised by us. If you receive such material, it is likely from a third party impersonating aila. Do not trust it.
Data Protection and Privacy Compliance
We collect personal data (name, address, identity document, payment method, account activity) to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Your data is stored on secure servers using encryption. We retain it for as long as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, typically three to five years after account closure.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except payment processors, identity-verification services, and government authorities as required by law. We comply with data-protection principles including purpose limitation (using data only as disclosed), security, and the right to access or deletion (where applicable).
For details on how we handle your data, see our privacy policyIf you have questions about your personal data or wish to request access or deletion, contact our support team through your account.
Payment Methods and Financial Compliance
We accept deposits and process withdrawals via eight payment channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. These are Indonesia-based payment networks and banks. If you attempt to access aila from outside Indonesia using these payment methods, your transaction may be declined by your payment provider.
We comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations in Indonesia. We may request documentation confirming the source of your funds, especially for large deposits or withdrawals. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, we decline the transaction. This is standard practice and protects both you and aila from financial crime.
Dispute Resolution and Complaint Procedures
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your aila account (entry settlement, withdrawal processing, bonus eligibility), contact our support team through your member account. We investigate complaints within three business days and respond with findings and any corrective action.
If you remain unsatisfied after our response, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance team by email. We review escalations within five business days and provide a final written determination. This determination is binding under our terms of service unless you pursue legal remedies available in your jurisdiction.
We do not guarantee that legal remedies available in your jurisdiction will apply to disputes with aila. Your local court may decline jurisdiction, or your local law may restrict your ability to sue online platforms. We recommend reviewing your local legal options before opening an aila account.
Account Suspension and Legal Compliance
We may suspend or close your aila account if we determine that your access violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, or if we receive a legal demand to do so from a government authority. Suspension is immediate and permanent. We do not reinstate accounts suspended on legal grounds.
Upon suspension, we retain your account balance for 90 days pending legal clarification. After 90 days, unclaimed balances are forfeited. We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of account suspension, even if the suspension is later determined to be in error.
Your Acknowledgment and Ongoing Responsibility
By accessing aila, you confirm that:
- You have verified that our service is legal and available in your jurisdiction.
- You meet the minimum age requirement under your local law.
- You are not prohibited by law from using online gaming platforms.
